In today's world with Web 2.0, blogs, social bookmarking, instant messaging, BlackBerries, iPhones, and all the like, anybody (at least in the supposedly best part of the planet) can publish anything.
So why don't we see tons of good content ? Did new technology simply revealed that most of us are simply interested in crap, show-business, sex, and ourselves ? I'm too optimistic to believe in that, so there must be something else.
If you're a blogger, do you really express yourself freely, or do you write to get more visitors, please them, and become popular ? Does this sounds like getting the star of your class in high-school ? Yes.
This is exactly the reason why I start this blog today: to express me freely. I have other blogs, and I also publish a lot on HubPages, but what I want here is a simple space where I can state what I think, what I want, what I am, and do that bluntly, with no precautions, warnings, advisories, but simply express me in a totally free way !
So yes, it might hurt, shock, and be stupid at some times. Just as I am. Enjoy !
